At Golden Triangle Travel Co., We understand that travel plans may change. The following policy has been designed to remain fair to both our guests and our travel partners.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
The effective cancellation date will be considered the date on which the written request is received.
Ranthambore safari permits, train tickets, monument tickets, domestic flights, and other prepaid services are governed by the respective supplier or government authority and may be partially or fully non-refundable once booked.
Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–15 business days after cancellation confirmation and receipt of applicable refunds from suppliers.
Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Any charges imposed by hotels, airlines, railways, government authorities, safari authorities, or other third-party suppliers will be passed on to the guest as applicable.
Golden Triangle Travel Co. shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or service disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
By confirming a booking and making the advance payment, the guest acknowledges and accepts this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
